The Jaderpark is temporarily closed!
The Jaderpark remains closed until further notice due to the decree of the state government of Lower Saxony to contain the coronavirus COVID-19.
1. Group registrations
For the time being, we cannot accept group registrations and children's birthday parties because it cannot be estimated when the closure will be canceled.
2. Season ticket
Dear season ticket holders,
You are wondering what will happen to the card you have already bought. We understand that well. Of course it would be very helpful if we could give the event some time and hope that the closure is short-lived. The cards can still be used extensively in the 2020 season.
If you want to withdraw from the purchase, this is of course possible. You send us the card together with your account details by post. We will refund the amount you paid. In this case, please consider that no discounts can be offered in the event of a later purchase. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can areas of the park be visited separately?
The Jaderpark is made up of various sections, however these cannot be visited separately, and there is no separate price for each place. Even the play zone can only be visited in combination with the other areas (all facilities in summer; in combination with the zoo only in winter).
