Out and about with a pushchair

A visit to our park should be a relaxing, safe and enjoyable experience for the whole family – especially, of course, for our younger guests. To ensure you can enjoy your day without a care in the world, you’ll find a wide range of facilities and services throughout the park designed to make your family’s visit as comfortable as possible.

Prams & Handcarts in the park

Prams and handcarts are generally permitted throughout the park. Our paths are designed to ensure that you can get around almost anywhere without any barriers and can easily reach attractions, food and drink outlets, and activity areas.
However, for fire safety and evacuation reasons, it is not permitted to bring it into the main restaurant, Flamingo-Oase, or into the play barn.
An exception applies to pushchairs carrying infants up to the age of 2, as these are necessary for looking after the children.
We ask for your understanding – this rule is in place for the safety of all guests.

Baby care & Family comfort

To ensure that you and your youngest family members feel completely at home, the park offers a range of family-friendly services:

  • Baby changing facilities can be found at various locations throughout the park (see park map).

  • Microwaves are available free of charge at all outlets.

  • Our staff in the dining areas will be happy to help you warm up baby food.

  • Many paths and areas are suitable for pushchairs and accessible to people with disabilities.

Although we do not have a dedicated breastfeeding room, there are plenty of quiet spots in the park, such as:

  • at the Flamingo Oasis

  • in the changing rooms near the Grizzly Bay water play area

  • as well as other quieter seating areas throughout the grounds.

Protection from the sun & the weather

Especially when you’re with children, a short break can sometimes be worth its weight in gold. That’s why you’ll find plenty of them in the park:

  • covered seating areas

  • shaded rest areas

  • sheltered areas in changeable weather, e.g. in the play barn

If you need sun protection or weather-appropriate gear, you can find these items in our shop near the main entrance.

If children ever go missing

Even if you’re keeping a close eye on them, it can happen in the hustle and bustle that you lose sight of each other for a moment. If a child goes missing:

  • Please contact our staff or the nearest attraction or food and drink outlet immediately

  • Our team will assist you straight away and take all the necessary steps

Our trained staff ensure that families are reunited as quickly as possible.

Shaping security together

Children often perceive risks differently from adults. Please help us to keep the park safe for all visitors:

  • Always keep an eye on your children.

  • Please ensure that children only use suitable attractions.

  • Accompany younger children on rides designed for them.

  • Never lift or carry children over barriers or into restricted areas.

Together, we create a safe environment for unforgettable experiences.

Our promise to families

Whether you’re visiting with a baby, a toddler or older adventurers – we want every family to feel welcome here. A range of handy services throughout the park will help you relax and enjoy your visit, so you can focus on what really matters:
