Important information about purchasing season tickets, admission tickets, gift tickets and vouchers

Note regarding season tickets:

• Season tickets for the 2026 season can only be purchased online until 8 March 2026. For logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for the start of the season after this date.
  
  
• From 21 March 2026, season tickets will only be available to purchase in person at the park. This also applies to the redemption of vouchers for season tickets.
  
  
• Season tickets are valid during the 2026 summer season, from 21 March to 1 November.

• Standard price per person (aged 3 and over) €96.00

• Loyalty discount of €2 when renewing your 2025 season ticket. You pay just €94.00. (You will need your 2025 season ticket number for this. Renewals of older season tickets are not eligible for the discount.)

• Season tickets are personalised and cannot be transferred to other people. One dog is included.

• With your season ticket, you’ll receive a 5% discount at all ticket offices and in the Jaderpark gift shop.

• You must bring the original season ticket with you on every visit. A photo on your smartphone or a copy will not be accepted.

• The season ticket is not valid for special events (e.g. Halloween events). Furthermore, it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• Treat your family and friends to a day full of action and fun.

• This ticket is flexible and can be used once during the 2026 season – the perfect choice for flexible planning or as a gift for Jaderpark fans!

• You can buy the "Gift" day ticket for the 2026 season in our ticket shop (orange button). This ticket is not tied to a specific day of visit.

Our gift card

• has an indefinite term.
• can be used to purchase tickets.
• can be used to pay at our service points in the park.
• can be set to a minimum of €15 and a maximum of €150. (Adjustable in increments of €5.)
• can be checked at any sales counter and topped up with additional funds.
