Offers for School Classes
If school classes, kindergartens, or holiday activity groups wish to take a field trip to our park, we offer them a significantly reduced admission rate. In doing so, we hope to make it possible for every child to participate. Specific details can be found in our price list.
Occasionally, the allure of the amusement park attractions is so strong that the visit to the zoo section gets somewhat overlooked. Perhaps, however, the visit to the zoo animals is intended to be a topic of discussion back in the classroom. To address this, we have prepared quiz sheets and worksheets, which are available for download here.
Accompanying teachers and educators may request an answer key at the ticket counter.
Here, we offer an animal quiz designed for children in grades 1 and 2. Children must identify the correct answers by completing observation-based tasks. Responses are submitted by checking a box or drawing. If the children are not yet able to read independently, the tasks can certainly be read aloud to them.
A very popular zoo animal is the monkey—our closest relative. Here, the key is to observe very closely and record these observations in the accompanying worksheet. Please note that questions 3 and 4 cannot be answered directly at the park, as not all monkey species are kept at our facility; therefore, follow-up work back at school is recommended. However, experience shows that the specific species in question are generally well known.
