Our Park Regulations, including important guidelines for conduct at Jaderpark.
General Terms and Conditions for Visitors to Our Park
A few hours of discovery and experience lie ahead of you. Despite all the fun and excitement, we kindly ask you not to disregard the care and caution that are standard in daily life. This means, above all, showing responsibility for yourself and others, and respecting the common rules of politeness and courtesy. Furthermore, we ask that you strictly observe the following rules, which constitute our General Terms and Conditions, in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
1. Parking
-
a) The rules and signs of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply to our parking lots. To ensure smooth traffic flow in this area, the instructions of our parking attendants must be strictly followed.
Please park your vehicle only within the designated parking spaces. If you park your vehicle outside of these areas and severely obstruct traffic, we will have to have the vehicle towed at your own risk and expense.
-
b) When leaving your vehicle, please make sure that you have closed all doors, the trunk, windows, and sunroof, and that no valuables are left visible inside the car.
-
c) We cannot provide compensation for damage caused by extraordinary events such as storms, hail, explosions, and fire, nor for the theft of or damage to your vehicle by third parties. This does not apply if the damage was caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of our facility's employees. However, compensation can only be provided if you report the damage to our staff before leaving the parking lot, provided that making such a report was reasonably possible.
2. Admission Prices
-
a) Visitors may only enter the amusement park grounds with valid admission tickets at the designated entrances. Admission tickets must be kept throughout your stay and presented upon request. The tickets are only valid on the day of purchase. The right to admission expires upon leaving the park grounds.
-
b) The right to enter and remain on the park grounds applies during the general opening hours posted at the park.
If an early closure of the Jaderpark grounds is necessary for technical, organizational, operational, or weather-related reasons for which Jaderpark is not responsible due to intent or gross negligence, there is no right to a full or partial refund of the admission price.
-
c) Children under the age of 12 are only entitled to admission when accompanied by an adult supervisor of legal age. Supervising companions and parents are liable for their children. Different rules may apply to certain events. Please note the respective guidelines for the corresponding events.
-
d) Selling vouchers, admission tickets, or complimentary tickets of Jaderpark in the parking lot or on the park grounds is not permitted.
-
e) Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access to the park or may be expelled from the park grounds.
3. General Safety Regulations
-
a) All visitors are expected to behave correctly and appropriately. Disturbances of public order, willful destruction or littering, inappropriate behavior, disrupting other guests or park operations, the use of verbal or physical violence, insults, abuse, disregard of park rules, etc., will prompt Jaderpark to take appropriate measures, such as expulsion from the park, filing a police report, or similar actions. Jaderpark also reserves the right to expel visitors from the park grounds without compensation if their behavior suggests they might endanger or disturb themselves or others.
-
b) Dogs are welcome guests but must be kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed in the petting zoos, on rides, or in specially marked areas of the park. A hygiene kit (poop bag) for removing dog waste must be carried. Other pets may not be brought along.
-
c) Fire safety regulations on the park grounds must be strictly observed. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility, except in the designated smoking areas. This also applies to e-cigarettes, "vapes," or other electronic cigarettes. Please use the provided bins for cigarette butts. For safety reasons, bringing gas canisters, water pipes (e.g., shisha), liquid lighters, gas appliances, and portable stoves/samovars is prohibited. Please be considerate of others.
-
d) Visitors must not leave the designated paths and plazas.
-
e) The possession and carrying of weapons or dangerous items (pistols, knives, chains, brass knuckles, etc.), fireworks, or other pyrotechnical items, as well as any kind of discriminatory, violence-glorifying, or anti-constitutional objects, etc., are not permitted on the park grounds.
-
f) Bringing or operating drones or any kind of remote-controlled toys and devices is not permitted.
-
g) In your own interest, the instructions of the park staff must be followed.
-
h) Making noise willfully and operating music playback devices loudly is prohibited. Items that may disturb public peace, such as vuvuzelas, megaphones, speakers, horns, or other musical instruments, may not be brought in or operated.
-
i) To ensure the safety of all visitors, motorized or non-motorized means of transportation such as roller skates, bicycles, scooters, e-scooters, etc., may not be brought into Jaderpark, unless they are demonstrably necessary for medical reasons and this is clearly visible to other guests. Permission to use these mobility aids must be obtained in writing in advance.
-
j) Grilling and bringing grilling or cooking equipment is not permitted.
-
k) Swimming in the artificial or natural lakes, with the exception of the "Grizzly Bay" water playground, or walking on frozen bodies of water is not allowed.
-
l) Due to weather conditions (rain, freezing rain, natural snowfall, etc.), there may be a risk of slipping in the park. Guests are therefore advised to exercise the necessary caution and care throughout the park grounds. This includes respecting barriers made of ropes, fences, trees, etc., ensuring slip-resistant footwear, refraining from fast walking and running, and using available handrails.
-
m) All visitors are expected to dress correctly and appropriately. Wearing tops and shoes is required.
-
n) Jaderpark reserves the right to expel visitors from the grounds at any time without compensation if, for example, they are made up, dressed, or tattooed in a way that other guests, especially children, might take offense to, or if they are dressed in such a way that they could be mistaken for Jaderpark employees or actors. Full face covering is prohibited. Veiling for religious reasons as well as mouth-and-nose masks are permitted.
-
o) Bringing large quantities of alcohol or high-proof spirits, as well as the possession or consumption of illegal narcotics and accessories for their consumption, is prohibited and will be prosecuted accordingly. This also applies to medical cannabis products suitable for consumption by smoking, unless their possession and the necessity of carrying them are proven by a medical prescription.
-
p) Please count your change immediately upon receipt; subsequent complaints cannot be considered.

b) Feeding is prohibited throughout the entire park.
-
c) Animal feed purchased from us may only be fed in the petting zoo.
-
d) Any disturbing, teasing, etc., of the animals is prohibited.

5. Use of Facilities and Attractions in the Amusement Park
-
a) The facilities in the amusement park are available to you within the framework of the respective user regulations and intended purpose.
-
b) The operating hours of rides, attractions, shows, and facilities may differ from the opening hours of Jaderpark. In the event of a power outage or other incidents resulting in a breakdown of rides or shows, a refund of the admission price is not possible.
-
c) In the event of strong winds, poor visibility, thunderstorms, or special weather conditions, Jaderpark is entitled to shut down individual or all facilities and rides to protect visitors. There is no entitlement to a full or partial refund of the admission price paid.
-
d) Certain rides, attractions, shows, and facilities are seasonal in nature or may be closed due to construction, maintenance, operational, or organizational reasons. These closures may also be carried out without special advance notice.
-
e) Operational failures of individual rides, attractions, shows, or facilities due to technical or organizational reasons do not give rise to a right to a reduction or refund of the admission price.
-
f) Visitors are obliged to check their own health status before use, to inform themselves about risks, and to acknowledge and comply with the rules of use and access as well as safety regulations and provisions. For safety reasons, Jaderpark is entitled to exclude individual persons from using specific rides, attractions, shows, or facilities, for example, due to height, body build, physical or mental limitations, permanent or temporary disabilities, pregnancy, etc. Exclusion for safety reasons does not constitute discrimination; it serves solely to protect your health and your own safety.
-
g) Please always exercise the necessary care, especially when boarding and deboarding. Instructions of the Jaderpark staff must always be followed. In the event of non-compliance or willful disregard, you will be excluded from using the rides. In the event of a violation or repeated offense, you may be expelled from the park. In this case, you have no claim to compensation. The aforementioned provisions also apply if you attempt to cut in line.
-
h) Carrying loose items on the rides is not permitted for safety reasons. In particular, cameras, mobile phones, keys, and similar loose items must be safely stowed away before the ride. Jaderpark assumes no liability for items left behind.
-
i) You are liable for all damage caused by disregard of the user instructions, e.g., by carrying loose items or through willful damage.
6. Use of Playgrounds
The use of playground equipment, play lawns, and similar facilities is at your own risk. Specific age regulations governing the permitted group of users are binding and must be complied with. Parents are liable for their children.
7. Duty of Supervision
Parents and accompanying supervisors are advised that they must carefully exercise their duty of supervision. Furthermore, they bear responsibility for all damage caused by those under their supervision, even if the supervising person is not personally present on the day of the visit.
8. Limitations of Liability
-
a) Jaderpark is liable for all damage caused by a culpable breach of an essential contractual obligation by Jaderpark or Jaderpark employees, or which is attributable to gross negligence or intent.
-
b) Jaderpark is not liable for items handed over to park employees or otherwise left or deposited on the park grounds. No liability is assumed for items (e.g., mobile phones, jewelry, cameras, clothing, etc.) that are damaged, destroyed, or lost during the use of rides, attractions, shows, or facilities.
9. Reporting Damage
All facilities in the park are carefully maintained and monitored. Should you nevertheless suffer damage through no fault of your own, please report the damage to our staff before leaving the park grounds. Please also report if there is reason to assume that an incident might lead to damage at a later date.
A claim for damages is excluded if a possible and reasonable damage report is only made after leaving the park grounds.
10. Advertising and Offering of Goods and Services
Advertising on the park grounds and on the parking lots of Jaderpark, or offering goods and services, is only permitted with prior written approval from the management. This also applies to conducting opinion polls and counts. -
d) The visitor agrees that the right to their own image for press and promotional photographs for the park's public relations work is transferred to Jaderpark.
12. Visitor Checks
-
a) Any visitor wishing to enter the park area within the scope of these park rules expressly agrees to voluntarily submit to a potential inspection by the Jaderpark security service. The instructions of the security service must be followed without restriction; otherwise, entry will be denied. The security service is authorized to search persons to determine whether they pose a safety risk due to alcohol/drug consumption or because they are carrying weapons or dangerous objects. Each guest expressly agrees that their clothing and carried bags/containers may be searched for this purpose.
-
b) The security service is authorized to deny access to the grounds to persons who pose a security risk.
