Accessible access to Jaderpark

We have made every effort to avoid steps so that visitors with walking difficulties can move around the park with as few restrictions as possible. For structural and zoological reasons, we cannot guarantee 100% accessibility. We ask for your understanding.

You will find special carousels for visitors with physical disabilities in the Löwenpalast play area.

Concessionary admission prices

  • For those with a disability rating of 80% or higher, we offer a reduced admission price→. Please remember to bring your disability card.
  • Carers accompanying guests with disabilities who have a carer listed on their ID card pay the reduced admission price, just like a person with a disability.
  • Group rate: Groups of people with disabilities are eligible for a discount for groups of five or more.
